  Manager offers great service, despite absent door greeting from staff. Outside decor is lovely with fresh, bright plants and flowers. Dinner food is tasty, desert options (not baked on site) are flavorful. Service can be slow.

  WORST SERVICE EVER.
  
  Papi's restaurant are good in general but this location has been my worst experience at having bad service. Last night , starting with the service treatment, this old lady that seemed like she didn't want to work there at all. My husband repeatedly asked for something because she kept forgetting and when she finally brought it it was the wrong thing. Kept bringing wrong drinks to the table. Never asked if everything was okay the whole time we were there.
  It was my brother's birthday and my sister-in-law asked for a cake for him and was denied by the service because it was "too late for that". I asked again because the point of going to a restaurant on a birthday is to have some desert as well. The server was really rude and was more concerned about who would pay for the cake than what we needed and responded with very bad attitude. She finally brought the cake after complaining that she didn't want to bring it and brought it back with no candle. Left it on the table and walked away.
  
  My husband talked to the manager about the matter and she just said "well we don't have candles" like if that was the only bad thing about their restaurant. She did not even apologized for the bad service and neither of them even said thank you to us for coming or sorry for their behavior.
  
  They need new management that can take care of situations like this. We were in no way compensated like every other restaurant does.
  
  I will make sure I address this to every person I know to never go their and me and my family will never go there again.
  
  Hopefully they do something to better themselves. It's sad!

  Not sure how they received 4 stars. Food was okay, utensils were not cleaned. Bad customer service when it came to closing time. Felt very rushed and was given to go boxes and didn't even ask for them.

  QUAINT RESTAURANT WITH A REALLY LAID BACK FEEL. THIS LOCATION WAS REALLY CLEAN AND SPACIOUS. THE SERVICE WAS INVITING AND COURTEOUS. WE ORDERED THE CUBAN WRAP WITH JERK CHICKEN AND BLACK BEANS AND RICE. IT WAS FLAVORED AND HAD A LITTLE KICK. WE ALSO ORDERED THE PAPIS SANDWICH W/ FRIES. THIS SANDWICH WOULD HAVE BEEN REALLY GOOD IF IT WASN'T FOR THE BREAD. THIS WAS NOT A FEASIBLE BREAD FOR THIS SANDWICH. A PERFECT CUBAN SANDWICH HAS CRUSTY BREAD. THIS BREAD WAS TOO SOFT AND NOT GRILLED LONG ENOUGH.
