  I typically love O'Charley's, however my experience today(3/25/17) left a lot to be desired. When we walked in, I was told that my wait would be 25 minutes. Unfortunately we were not seated until 1 hour and 15 minutes later, after the second time checking with the greeter, Robert, who responded with absolutely no concern and did absolutely nothing to correct the issue. We were finally seated and had to sit next to nasty booths that had not been cleared throughout our entire meal. I won't be visiting this establishment again.

  This place is awesome! My family came in town from Colorado this weekend and we decided to eat dinner here. When we got in the door it was a little slow but they got us right to a table. Once we got to the table one of the waiters Nathan realized we hadn't been waited on so he came over and apologized and got us going with drinks and bread. He was super nice guy and did everything right. He took our orders and got our food to us pretty quick. The food was great also the cooks did a great job preparing our food so great job to them. Thanks guys this was a wonderful experience at this O'charleasy keep up the good work. Thanks to Nathan for taking such good care of us. Billy Oliver

  Went to a early dinner with my boyfriend, since we both haven't had O'Charley's in a long time. Well it was not what I remembered 10yrs ago. There were no seats available so we could either wait or sit at the bar. We opted for the later and the first thing i noticed was the counters still had dishes and leftovers everywhere so we couldn't sit. We had to push them aside to get a seat. Then the counters themselves were not wiped down properly and were sticky. There was only one server at the bar and she was overloaded, I felt so terrible for the poor girl. So that told me the hostess didn't know how to let customers know they have to wait for tables to be cleared, lack of servers on duty and she was over seating the the bar. I saw no bus boys in the restaurant to help with clearing of tables. I've seen servers doing that job. Also the place was filthy! All the light fixtures hanging from the ceiling and the walls were covered in a thick layer of dust. The bar cabinets were never wiped down and you can see grease, fingerprints and other smudges on the surface. They need new menus since the one they got are dirty and falling apart. The worst of it was I saw a cockroach crawling on top of a container where they had their tabs in. That was it for me. The food was half decent but the mac and cheese I ordered looked like it was sitting for a long period of time (the top was dried out and rubber feel) and I believe they just put it in the microwave. Perhaps my boyfriend's O'Charley's in his area is better off but not here. I will not be coming back and let people know to stay away.

  Okay, so I loved this place for the food. And the staff is pretty friendly....when you can find someone. But cleanliness and courteousness need to be the priority in this restaurant now. Everything is dirty, from silverware, to booths, cups, plates, everything. The staff though they are nice, are extremely lackadaisical! I have dealt with this because like I said..... the food is awesome.
  
  Last night, 4 rounds of silverware for 3 people with 2 forks and a knife in each...... all of it filthy. Ate a steak with a plastic fork and knife...
  
  Things continued to down spiral and we decided to get the rest to go and call it another weird outing at O Charley's.
  
  But then I had to go to the bathroom for the first time there. It was a horror scene. My husband also complied with the state of his bathroom. This is unacceptable. Doors don't shut. No toilet paper anywhere no paper towels, a little on the floor. Urine on the floor and toilet seats, shoe prints tracking it back into the restaurant. Horrible odor. I was in disbelief. For this, I will never be back. No one cooking my food, serving my food should have a bathroom like that. I regret not taking pictures to post. I have to give a star to rate a facility. I would give no stars and continue to spread the word.
